The day is open to all members of the rugby club who play golf and those that do not play golf are invited to attend the dinner, guest are welcome. The cost will be £17.50 for the Dinner only and about £35.00 for the Golf & Dinner.
There will be some excellent Auction prizes to be won;
1 x Apartment that sleeps 4 in Portugal for 1 week. Worth at least £400 if not more!!
1 x Villa that sleeps 6 in Cyprus for 1 week. Worth at least £600 if not a lot more!!!
1 x Celebrity Chef to cook a very special Indian Dinner for upto 10 people in your own home. (There is a reserve of £250 for this auction prize.) The winning bid will have to provide the ingredients but will be guided on what to buy.
The prizes can be bid for in advance, which will allow people to group together to offer more money for the prizes. Bids should be forwarded to Graham Perch graham.perch@tiscali.co.uk A proportion of the money made during this dinner will be used to off set the cost of the Anniversary Dinner on 10th October 2009. Additional prizes will be available either by raffle or by auction, so bring your cash...........
The first tee is 12.28 on Friday 10th July. The format will depend on the number of players but places are limited to around 80.
There will be a putting competition for all players and non-players, those people that do not wish to play golf. The dinner times are 7.30 for 8.00.
Dress; Smart Trouser, Jacket, Collar - we are making money so fines will apply for non conformist.
